If you have an issue and are needing a return authorization number (RAN) - please email with your order number

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the link in the email.

1. Grasp the top and bottom corners of the pillow and pull the fabric tight.
2. Measure the pillow's height, from top to bottom, along the edge of the pillow.
3. Grasp the left and right corners of the pillow and pull the fabric tight.
4. Measure the pillow's width, from left to right, along the edge of the pillow.
